Is ChiefAssist another analytics dashboard?

No. ChiefAssist uses focused numbers, graphs and comparisons where they improve understanding, but it prioritises and explains material evidence rather than presenting every available metric.

Does ChiefAssist make changes to my Shopify store?

No. ChiefAssist V1 is a read-only intelligence platform. Decisions and actions remain with you.

How do I access ChiefAssist?

Open Apps in Shopify Admin and select ChiefAssist. Shopify securely recognises your store and staff permissions. Your assessment, daily intelligence, business reviews and membership are all available there, with a layout that adapts to your screen.

Will ChiefAssist remind me about important updates?

The notification bell keeps relevant signals and updates within reach across the app. Settings holds your notification preferences. Optional email reminders depend on your consent and enabled delivery; they are separate from the in-app feed.

Can I change my membership later?

Yes. Open Settings → Membership in ChiefAssist, review a different plan and approve the change through Shopify. Your current membership stays in place while approval is pending. Shopify shows the recurring price and any billing adjustments before you commit.

Can my team use ChiefAssist?

Yes. Executive & Team includes the owner and two team members; Executive & Team+ includes the owner and four. The owner manages ChiefAssist permissions in Settings → Team. Staff use their authorised Shopify identity—not a shared owner password—and plan entitlement is checked.

How does the Free 7-Day Executive Assessment work?

After connecting Shopify and completing onboarding, ChiefAssist spends seven days developing an initial understanding of your business, priorities and supported evidence while surfacing useful intelligence as it becomes material.

What happens after the seven-day assessment?

ChiefAssist first shows what the Assessment delivered and what continued membership can unlock. You then choose a plan. A new subscription requires an authorised store administrator to approve the final price, currency and taxes through Shopify. Once approved, the subscription renews on its disclosed billing schedule until cancelled.
